1. Airport service. The airport service consists of the collection and return of the vehicle taking place within the airport itself. This charge is compulsory and costs 15,25€ per reservation.
Pick ups and drop offs at night (from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.) are only available for bookings at the airport. They have an extra charge of 25€, which will be charged when the customer is making the online booking.
If you wish to return your rental car on Costa Blanca, in Madrid, Valencia or Murcia, there will be a charge of 254,31€ during the months of July and August and 152,50€ for the rest of the year.
If you wish to pick up or return your vehicle in Altea, Teulada-Moraira or Benissa-La Fustera you´ll have to pay an extra amount for Delivery/Collection of 30€.
3. Fuel and mileage conditions.
Fuel
Fuel is not included in the rental price. The price of the full tank will vary between 60€ and 128€ depending on the vehicle model rented.
Mileage Conditions
150 km. per rental day for bookings from 1 to 4 days. For 5 days or more mileage is unlimited.
The charge rate for the Excess Mileage depends on the selected car group, and is according to the following table:
Excess Mileage 0,15€ EUR a Km for car Groups: AA, A1, A, B, BB, and B1.
- Excess Mileage 0,20€ EUR per each kilometer for car Groups: C, CC, C1, D, D1, and E
- Excess Mileage 0,25€ EUR per each kilomoeter for car Groups: F, F1, G, FR, K, H, H1, H2, and K.
4. Accessories, Additional drivers & Novice drivers.
Apart from your vehicle, you can book child's safety seats (suitable for 9 months to 2 years old children) or booster seats (for 2 to 13 years old children).
Depending on the seats of the vehicle you will be able to book from 1 to 6 accessories.
The price is 5,09€ per accessory/day. The maximum you will pay is 50,86€ per rental/accessory.
Additional Driver costs 2,95€/day.
Nowadays it is not possible to hire roof racks.
Novice driver
A charge of 11,80€ EUR per each day of rental for 22 or 23 years old or with less than 2 years experience with driving licence. Drivers License Drivers must hold a full license for minimum 2 year with no major endorsements.
5. GPS Navigation System. Availability:
The amount to pay per day is 6,1€. The maximum you will pay is 61,03€ per rental.

7. Breakdowns and accidents. VictoriaCars will give you the rental vehicle completely clean and checked-out (working, engine, tyres…) and with all the necessary documents.
In case of breakdown or accident that involves a vehicle from VictoriaCars , you should contact as soon as possible with any of our officese (in a maximum term of 24 hours)

If the breakdown is produced in the regions of Barcelona, Alicante, Valencia, Castellon or Murcia, VictoriaCars offers a 24h. on road assistance service, proceeding to replace the vehicle as soon as possible.
Fot those breakdowns that occur in any other spanish province, the road assitance shall be made through the official garage from the rented brand car.
Remember that in case of accident, it is very important to fill in the accident report (which will be delivered together with all the vehicle documents), and to deliver a signed copy of the implicated drivers in any of our offices before 24 hours.
In case that you are denounced with your vehicle during the rental period, the customer is solely responsible for the total amount of the fine. In this case, we will proceed to charge on your credit card 20 € for management fees.
IMPORTANT: We will not give any car out if the customer does not present a confirmed flight ticket when picking up the car (at LEAST the return ticket). In the case that they don’t have the possibility to present their confirmed flight ticket they will have to show an official document proving that they reside in Spain before taking the car, (e.g. a water or electric bill etc.).
IMPORTANT: If you book a vehicle from our H1 group, be aware that this vehicle is considered as an "adapted crossover." This implies that the maximum speed on highway is 100 km/h and 90 km/h on national roads. The company will not be responsible for the consequences which would result in case of breaching these limits.
