1. All inclusive rates. With Victoria RENT A CAR, you are directly reserving with a supplier avoiding hidden costs from intermediaries. What you see is what you pay. Our prices include:

• All taxes included: 18% of V.A.T.
• Third party Insurance
• Collision Insurance with excess
• Theft and fire Insurance with excess
• 24h. on road assistance

2.Airport service. The airport service consists of the collection and return of the vehicle taking place within the airport itself. This charge is compulsory and costs 15,25€ per reservation.

Pick ups at night (from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.) are only available for bookings at the airport. They have an extra charge of 30,51€, which will be included while you reserve your car.

3. One-way reservations. If you wish to return your car on Costa Blanca, Barcelona, Murcia or Valencia, there will be a charge of 254,31€ during the months of July and August and 152,50€ for the rest of the year.

4. Fuel.
Fuel Fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle will be delivered full of fuel. None fuel repayment will be refunded. The vehicle must be returned with as minimum quantity of fuel in the tank as possible. The charge on your credit card will also include the costs for petrol. The price of the full tank will vary between 40€ and 105€ depending on the vehicle rented model.

We inform you that Victoria RENT A CAR does not use the fuel for earning money, but because we use the “full-empty” policy in order to offer customers a better service and does not oblige himself/herself to go to the nearest petrol station before delivering the vehicle.

Mileage Conditions
250 Kilometres free per each day of rental, with an Excess Mileage cost including 18% Tax.

• Excess Mileage per 0,15€ EUR for car Groups: AA, A1, A, B, BB, and B1.
• Excess Mileage per 0,20€ EUR for car Groups: C, CC, C1, D, D1, and E
• Excess Mileage per 0,25€ EUR for car Groups: F, F1, G, FR, K, H, H1, H2, and K.

5. Payment method. The payment has to be made only and exclusively by means of a credit card (VISA, Mastercard or similar) in advance. No debit cards will be accepted.

The charge of the informed amount will be made on your credit card 30 days before the car pick up.

We will not be able to deliver the vehicle if the credit card holder is not present at the moment of the car collection.

Remember that for bookings through Internet, Victoria RENT A CAR uses a secure server, so your details are sent through a safe way by Internet.

6. Accessories & Additional drivers. Apart from your vehicle, you can book child seats (from 9 months to 2 years old) or booster seats (from 2 to 13 years old) or additional drivers.

Depending on the seats of the vehicle you will be able to book from 1 to 6 accessories.

The price is 5,09€ per child seat or booster seat/day. The maximum you will pay is 50,86€ per rental/accessory.

It is possible to book snow chain for car hire at madrid airport. The price per day will be 6,1€ (but 61,03€ per reservation).

Every additional driver for car hire reservations at airport madrid will be charged with 5,09€ per day (but 50,86€ per reservation).

Nowadays it is not possible to hire roof racks.

Additional drivers
It is identified that the additional driver is anyone who, meeting the requirements to be able to drive a hire car, shall be formed in the contract as an additional driver, that being distinct from the main driver or the title holder of the rental contract.

The price of the car hire does not include the first additional driver and the title holder must solicit and pay for one as an extra.

By paying for the first additional driver, the second and third driver will be free of charge. The additional drivers must be present during process of formalizing the contract, having to show the correct documents to accredit themselves as able to meet the established requirements to drive a rental vehicle.

7. Standards for child's safety seats and booster seats. The child's safety seat (suitable from 9 months to 2 years old children) and booster seats (for 2 to 13 years old children) offered with the hired car, are quality approved and correspond to European standards.

Victoria RENT A CAR offers the possibility to rent these accessories, but will in no case agree to install them in the car. The client alone takes care of the installation and and is solely responsible for the correct fastening and the possible consequences. In case of doubts Victoria RENT A CAR is offering an instruction.

8. GPS Navigation System. Availability: The availability of the GPS unit can not be guaranteed by online reservation. The navigation system will be delivered to you at car rental pickup if one is available.

Loss/ Theft/ Non-Return: The GPS rent includes equipment accessories, which are not protected and for which you are responsible for the replacement in the event of loss, theft, breakage or damage. These are in detail:

• GPS TomTom ONE unit,
• Windscreen unit holder,
• Vehicle power charger,
• 512 MB Memory Card (SD Card),
• USB cable,
• Quick start guide

The client is 100% responsible for the rental GPS system at all times between the time of delivery and return to our facility. The GPS unit and equipment have to be handed back by one's own hand to the member of staff of Victoria RENT A CAR, who also is in charge of your rental car's return.
We do not provide any insurance against loss or theft once the unit has been delivered. We will charge you the total amount of 200€ if the GPS unit and the equipment has not been returned to us the date it is due to be back.

Damages: Our GPS rental rate assumes normal wear and tear, which may occur with a rental use. However, scratches, cracks, dents or missing parts that are noticed upon return will result in charges.

Cleaning Units: All rental units will be cleaned prior to being shipped out for rental. Please DO NOT attempt to clean the unit as some chemicals or moisture may damage the GPS rental unit display and internal components.

Liability: Taking your eyes off the road while driving could cause you to have an accident. You should not be programming or adjusting your GPS unit while driving. You should do all your programming and adjusting while stopped or have a passenger take care of it.

The amount to pay per day is 6,1€. The maximum you will pay is 61,03€ per rental.

9. Insurance.

When signing the contract and before taking the vehicle, you may be required to leave a deposit as a guarantee of covering the excess associated with this insurance.

Said deposit will be returned once the contract has ended; but once the vehicle has been checked and it meets the general conditions and requirements of the contract.

The amounts for each excess are shown in the table below:

In addition you will be able to contract a fully comprehensive insurance without excess, it includes everything mentioned before but also any other additional costs due to a breakdown of the vehicle (that is not by fault of your own): towing, transport… By contracting this type of insurance it also removes the excess charge to your credit card.

The fully comprehensive insurance without excess is charged at a set amount per day with a maximum cost per rental period, indicated below:

The insurance of the vehicle does not cover:

• Flat tyres
• Damages on wheels, tyres, window glasses, inside the vehicle or lower parts of the vehicle
• Damages caused to third parties or to the vehicle because of negligence or reckless driving
• Improper refuelling
• Loss or damage of the car keys or of the remote control
• Vehicle robbery when ignition key is on
• Personal belongings inside the vehicle
• Damages or situations caused by driving under alcohol and/or drug effects

The Tyres and Glass Insurance covers:

• Damages on wheels, tyres and window glasses. The amount to pay depends on car group, for 20€ to 40€/booking.

Personal Accident Insurance for drivers and passengers (PAI):
The PAI is an optional insurance, primarily indicated for the driver of the vehicle, who is not protected by insurance coverage or the complement of liability insurance for death and / or permanent disability, nor in the case of medical costs as a result of a traffic accident.
This insurance covers medical expenses and compensation for death and / or permanent disability of the driver and passenger (only applicable in the case of an accident within the Spanish territory).
The PAI is a personal accident insurance to cover the reimbursement of medical expenses following an accident. It is a guarantee for compensation for death and / or permanent disability of the occupants of the vehicle.

The amount for a Driver and Passengers Insurance is 1€ a day.

Cancellation insurance:
With the closing of the cancellation insurance we will refund you the booking amount (less the insurance amount) in the event of cancellation. Please note that the cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the car pick-up. The amount to pay depends on car group, and ranges from 5€ to 7€/booking.

10. Breakdowns and accidents. Victoria RENT A CAR will give you the rental vehicle completely clean and checked-out (working, engine, tyres…) and with all the necessary documents.

In case of breakdown or accident when a Victoria RENT A CAR, vehicle is involved, you should contact any of our offices as soon as possible (in a maximum term of 24 hours)

Remember that in case of accident, it is very important to fill in the accident report (which will be delivered together with all the vehicle documents), and to deliver a signed copy of the implicated drivers in any of our offices before 24 hours.

11. Requirements. The minimum and maximum ages for renting a car in Victoria RENT A CAR are 24 and 75 years respectively, with a minimum of 2 years experience. If you do not accomplish any of these requirements, please contact us.

The driver or drivers must have a valid European Union driving license, presenting the original document (photocopies will not be accepted) at the moment of collecting the vehicle.

Original N.I.E. or passport so as a credit card is also required at the moment of collecting the vehicle.

12. Driving restrictions. It is absolutely forbidden to drive the vehicle out of Spain (so as the removal to France, Andorra, Portugal, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands).

It is absolutely forbidden to transport animals or goods that can damage, deteriorate or spoil the vehicle.

Do not forget to respect the traffic rules. You will be responsible of any fine or traffic offence to the vehicle during the rental period.

13. Changes, cancellations and extensions.

Cancellations
If you have decided to take the Cancellation Insurance, In case of any cancellation the amount of your booking would be refunded back to your account (less the insurance taken) and always that this booking is cancelled with at least 24 Hrs in Advance.
In case you didn't choose the cancellation insurance, we are able to refund the amount of the booking less a 15%.

Amendments and Extensions
You are able to amend or extend your booking without any extra cost if you inform us in a minimum term of 48 Hrs.in advance, also pending the availibility.
In case not to be present at the agreed moment and place to collect your vehicle without previous notification, will be reason for cancelling your booking.In that case,we are able to discount up to a 10% of the booking amount (management expenses,transportation) and you will need to adjust yourself to office hours and staff availibility to collect your car hire if you are still interested in it.

14. Money refunds. If Victoria RENT A CAR has to refund you a fixed amount of money, you have the possibility to credit it to your customer’s account (for the next reservation) or to let us place the balance on your credit card account with a maximum charge of 10€.

15. Bookings. Because of variations of the vehicle fleet, Victoria RENT A CAR can not guarantee you that the model of vehicle you have chosen is the one that you will collect. Nevertheless, you will always receive as minimum a same category model and, in case of not having that kind of vehicle, we will deliver you a vehicle from a superior category without any additional charge.

IMPORTANT: Do not give any car out if the customer does not present a confirmed plane ticket when picking up the car (at LEAST the return ticket). In the case that they don’t have the possibility to present their confirmed flight ticket they will have to show an official document proving that they reside in Spain before taking the car, (e.g. a water or electric bill etc.).
